More and more, our Section 95 members are asking how they can help low-income households with their housing charges when the CMHC income-tested assistance ends. Specifically, they are asking how to create a sustainable “internal subsidy” scheme. This guideline will explain how such a scheme could be put in place, but first, two big notes of caution. (2014)
