As the meeting approaches here are some resources to help you get the most out of your Virtual AGM:

- This [Virtual AGM Tipsheet] gives you a brief list of guidelines to ensure you have the necessary information and technology set up to fully participate.
- For visual learners, our [AGM orientation video] provides a tour of the digital meeting platform, how to sign on, how to vote, make motions, comments and questions, and get support before or during the meeting.
- We will be hosting an optional Test Your Tech session on June 11 giving you a chance to log on to the platform we’ll be using for the virtual AGM.
- And on AGM day, our meeting ‘doors’ open an hour prior to the official meeting start, providing you an opportunity to get set up and connected and try a few test votes.
