Following on the introduction of Bill 23, the More Homes Built Faster Act in November the government initiated a number of consultations in relation to the Act. CHF Canada made four submissions in response to the consultations to support the preservation and growth of affordable housing in Ontario.

In November we also posted about a portion of the new Act, which will eliminate development charges for co-ops and non-profits. This will make it easier to build new co-op homes.
